At Veeluxe, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are subject to the policy below.

Returns

Because our lash products are cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We will only accept returns if:

  • The incorrect item was sent.

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • An item is missing from your order.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Veeluxe.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened lash cluster kits

  • Opened lash refills

  • Adhesives

  • Sealants

  • Lash removers

  • Tweezers and beauty tools that have been opened or used

Lost or Stolen Packages

Veeluxe is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing any available shipping information.
