Thank you for shopping with Veeluxe! We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During new product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Veeluxe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can help you work with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
